Friendly and helpful staff. Great location. Great facilities

The value and the staff were wonderful. Good food at their restaurant as well.

It did need some updating particularly in the bathroom.

pool was really clean , breakfast-was a lot of choices , lovely fresh fruit , a new coffee machine our room was everything u need , bed was comfortable , pillows were great . It was our 2nd stay @ Adi Dharma Hotel , hopefully we will go back next year .

Staff are amazing and kept clean

Need more changes with breakfast seems to be same cereals, juices and many food items the same. The price for accommodation is getting expensive compared to when we first stayed and nothing has changed.Need larger menu because when you stay you a long period you get bored with the choices.No shower curtain bathroom would get flooded and slippery.

It’s clean, staff are always friendly and pool is clean.

Beds are a bit hard for me.Breakfast doesn’t change same cereals, same fruits and juices. Also would be good to have more options on main menu for long term guests to have variety. I stay 2 weeks each time I find I end up eating elsewhere after a week to eat different alternatives.Need shower curtain around shower as floor got wet then hard to use toilet as slippery.

I like the view and the staff were very nice and friendly.

Very old furniture and smells bad. I saw a rat near the restaurant and dining area outside.

Excellent service, staff is very welcoming and friendly. Everyday during breakfast they will check on you if everything is okay and how they can improve their service. That was a highlight for us. The food was good, really enjoyed our stay.

There was a lot of noise on the adjoining property from roosters crowing from 3.30am and for most of the day. Also barking dogs during the day from the neighbouring property.

This place was great. The staff were very helpful and friendly. Housekeeping was daily. I will rebook this hotel when i return to bali. I was lucky enough to see the hotel staff perform a ceremony over 2 days and enjoyed the Easter Buffet Dinner with a duo live music

We where there for surfing and it was about 15-20 min walk with kids to the beach

Breakfast was good variety and plenty of it.Dinner menu was limited and small serves from the menu, and expensive for the quality.Buffets were average for quality.Cocktails advertised $9.50 on menu but with taxes (in small print) came out closer to $14.50. Didn’t find that out till paying the charges to our account when we were leaving.Taxi transfers to and from airport were included in the price when I booked and paid the accommodation, but they insisted it wasn’t and we had to pay $30 on arrival to hotel. We called a taxi to return to airport and it cost $6.90.

only thing I would like to see is maybe that the free hotel shuttle run morning lunch 9am and 1.00 pm one way and for the evening for older guests 6.00 pm drop off and 9.00pm pick up as some of older guests like to shop at night to avoid heat of the day

The gardens! And open space. Large and warm swimming pool. Two hotels in one. Never bored in there.

Staff were always friendly and helpful. Breakfast was varied and tasty, and we thoroughly enjoyed the pool.

It is a classic Bali hotel that met our needs. The kids loved the slide and all the pool toys. We liked the gym

It is located down some small laneways so to access it or travel when it is busy is difficult

Too many mosquitoes and the floor wasn’t clean.

Booked this hotel due to early checkout from previous hotel and having the night flight home. Hotel was fine for the 4 hours we were there.
